BLS for Providers Training

Basic Life Support (BLS) Training Classes

Basic Life Support, or BLS, generally refers to the type of care that first-responders, healthcare providers and public safety professionals provide to anyone who is experiencing cardiac arrest, respiratory distress or an obstructed airway. It requires knowledge and skills in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), using automated external defibrillators (AED) and relieving airway obstructions in patients of every age. Medic Response Health and Safety is a leader in BLS training.

BLS training and certification covers everything that CPR classes cover — but includes additional life-saving techniques that can help those experiencing cardiac arrest, respiratory distress, or an obstructed airway. If you are looking for an AHA Training Center near you, look no further than Medic Response Health and Safety.  We are located in Gainesville, Virginia and serve the BLS medical training needs of Virginia, Maryland and West Virginia.
